Senior Apartment Personnel Positioning Solution

Through the establishment of a community card system, the system distributes a composite personnel electronic tag to each elderly person and staff member, which has comprehensive functions such as identity authentication, credit card consumption, access control management, and emergency rescue positioning. The personnel positioning system incorporates the indoor and outdoor areas of the entire community into the monitoring range of the wireless rescue network. When the elderly encounter difficulties anywhere in the community, when the emergency rescue button on the carry-on card is pressed, the computer screen of the on-duty personnel in the monitoring center will immediately display the emergency rescue button. The location of the elderly, as well as relevant information such as their personal health status and previous diseases, provide guidance for medical staff to respond quickly and seek emergency help. At the same time, it can also monitor and monitor the real-time location of the staff for standardized management and reasonable scheduling.

The system consists of key equipment such as "reader", "dual-frequency personnel electronic tag", "server", "positioning database" and "application software". The basic positioning process is as follows:

  a) Arrange a certain number of readers in the installation distribution map in the community, and the number of readers is determined by the required coverage and positioning accuracy;

  b) Connect each reader to the background location server through Ethernet to form a wireless location network;

c) Place reference electronic tags for positioning in the community ;

  d) Allocate dual-frequency personnel electronic tags to the elderly and staff, and establish a one-to-one correspondence between "tags" and "persons";

  e) Install and run the positioning software on the server, and the positioning data can be directly written into the database or integrated into other systems.

Visitor guidance

This solution uses two main technologies of low frequency triggering and 2.4G radio frequency identification to meet the requirements. The specific implementation process is as follows:

  a) First, authorize the guests or visitors to issue cards, and 2.4G trigger electronic tags, which can receive low-frequency signals from landmarks, and can write authorization information and destination information into the tags at the same time.

  b) Second, place landmarks, readers, and LED screens at key path nodes in the control area. Each landmark has its own unique ID code, which is used to represent the geographic location information. The 2.4G reader device is used for information interaction with the tag, and the large LED screen is used for system path guidance information display.

  c) When the visitor enters the key direction node with the card, the tag will receive the ID signal periodically sent by the landmark device, and at the same time, it will be packaged with its own ID and sent to the reader through 2.4G.

  d) When the reader receives the tag information, it will upload it to the system. The system will conduct comprehensive analysis and judgment based on the guest identity information, destination information, and current location information, and guide the path through the large LED screen placed at the key path nodes of the path.

  b) The landmark device periodically transmits the low-frequency ID code, and the person carrying the card can receive the low-frequency ID when entering this area, which is used as a judgment mark for whether the person enters the area. The tag will package the low frequency ID and 2.4GID to the reader.

  c) The 2.4G reader will upload the ID of the entry tag to the system, and the system will comprehensively judge based on the personnel identity information, destination information, and current location information, give the route guidance information, and display it through the LED display.

  d) The system path boot response time is not more than 3 seconds

  Button alarm setting: the label has a button alarm function, when an emergency occurs, the button can be pressed to send an alarm message;

  Cross-boundary alarm: some areas are restricted areas, and an alarm message will be issued if the unauthorized entry of the label, or some personnel cannot leave a certain area, an alarm message will be issued once they leave;

  Disappearance alarm setting - There are many factors for the disappearance of the label (such as battery dead, the label crossing the signal coverage area, etc.), you can set the disappearance alarm condition and alarm level of the specified label, if the label disappears, it will trigger the corresponding alarm;

  Low battery alarm setting - the tag will report its current power to the system every once in a while, and the minimum power limit can be set in the system, once the tag's power is lower than this limit, an alarm message will be sent;

  Failure to follow the prescribed route alarm - specify the walking track of a certain tag in a certain period of time, once it is found that the tag deviates from the specified walking track for a certain period of time, an alarm message will be issued;

Video linkage

  The reader also has switch output function while recognizing the tag, which can control the camera to capture video, thus assigning ID code to each frame of the picture. All the pictures linked by ID will be indexed, which is very efficient. At the same time, the reader can be connected to an external sound and light alarm, and the sound and light alarm will be immediately issued when unauthorized access personnel are read.
