1. Why is the computer connected to the serial port reader, DEMO not open ?

Because the computer does not install the driver.



2. Why DEMO will hang up ?

Because the operation DEMO device does not point after the continuous reading card to stop on other operations.



3. Why is a communication connected, but no data output ?

Because the connection of the communication interface and the reader itself communication interface does not match.



4. If need to change IP address, which mode the network port need to change ?

We support the server model, if changed to the client, our data can not be used.



5. There is no Wiegand communication when the relay has any effects ?

Control resistance.



6. What's the difference of RS232,RS485,RJ45,Wiegand these interface ?

Their transmission distance is different.
