RFID Management Solution for Frozen Foods in Chain Restaurants

To meet project management requirements, UHF RFID technology is employed to manage frozen food products. First, an RFID tagger binds the clip tag information with the frozen food items to establish identity associations. Upon delivery to the restaurant, the clip tags are attached to their corresponding frozen food items—such as chicken wings, chicken strips, or chicken nuggets—and scanned using an RFID handheld device. After tag information is scanned, the items are stored in the freezer, with inventory levels displayed on the pad.

4. Cylinder Maintenance The system supports cylinder information maintenance and automatic data synchronization from the chemical management system. Once cylinders and tags are linked, they can be quickly identified on the positioning platform to view basic cylinder details and inspection records. Users can directly modify cylinder information by scanning the RFID tag. 2. Real-Time Location Tracking When cylinders carry RFID tags, the system determines their location through hardware and algorithms. The system supports integration with BIM systems; if a school has a BIM model, it can be loaded or embedded into the BIM model. If no BIM model exists, real-time location tracking is displayed on floor plan models. GIS location display is also supported on GIS maps. 3. Distribution Statistics The system automatically calculates cylinder distribution across buildings based on real-time locations.

CNOOC RFID Smart Warehouse System Solution

When inventory items enter the warehouse through the receiving dock, each package's information is written to the lead seal label on the ammunition box via a reader/handheld device installed at the dock. The computerized warehouse management system then calculates the storage location and displays the inventory information to the administrator via the network system for placement in the designated location as required.

After goods equipped with RFID electronic tags are received, RFID handheld terminals enable convenient in-warehouse operations such as locating, inventorying, shelving, and picking, providing real-time visibility into inventory status. Electronic display boards visually present various operational report data from the automated storage and retrieval system.
