The electronic license plate is written to the basic information of the vehicle in advance through the card issuing management system, such as the vehicle ID, the license plate number, the vehicle weight, and the like. The identification system shall be installed in all places where it is necessary to identify the gate, road, etc. of the electronic license plate. The identification system runs all-weather. When a vehicle with an electronic license plate is installed in the identification area, the identification antenna can capture the relevant information in the electronic license plate and send it to the background in real time, so as to help the background to do further processing. The container number is used as the ID symbol for uniquely identifying the container, and all links in the container transport process need to be recorded. By means of the image recognition technology based on the neural network algorithm and the advanced CCD image acquisition technology, the system can automatically capture various container numbers of the arrival port, and automatically identify the container number, and the error caused by manual copying is avoided, the port time is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. The detection of the residual damage of the container body is an inevitable inspection in the terminal of the container entering the port area, which mainly prevents the transportation enterprises and the terminal from disputes caused by the damage of the case. In the past, the work was carried out by the entry gate staff to the crossing of the crossing, and the top surface of the box was checked by the high-climbing bridge, and there was a problem of high risk and inaccurate treatment. The system, through the advanced logic control system and the picture acquisition system, presents the box-face image on the computer screen, and the residual-loss detection can be completed only before the computer is on the computer.

After the driver drives the truck to the gate of the wharf, he needs to wait for the process of automatic collection of many data, such as electronic license plate recognition, container number recognition, disability inspection, and so on, and submit the reservation form at hand to the gate system. In the past, this work had the input of the staff in the gate room, and after using the human-computer interaction system, the reservation order could automatically scan the information into the gate system. This series of information measures, the customs clearance speed of the collection truck is reduced from 5 minutes to 30 seconds, which greatly improves the customs clearance efficiency of the collection truck and the throughput of the port; because the electronic license plate is anti-disassembly electronic label, so the unrelated and illegal vehicles can not enter the port area, it has the anti-submarine function, ensures one car, one card, and eliminates the appearance of impostor replacement and license plate. In the database, vehicle information is associated with the container information carried at the same time. Automated data collection allows managers to master each container more accurately, thus providing more accurate information for shipping companies and yard. In general, many shipping companies know the status and arrival time of their containers through the terminal, and the terminal uses the form of fixed location data acquisition to obtain this information. Using the traditional manual collection method, the data information may often deviate, and the automatic collection of container data through RFID can improve the speed and accuracy of data acquisition, and meet the users' mastery of the real-time information of related goods in time.
